Terms of service
These terms govern business use of the InvoiceFetch browser extension, account service and Pro subscription.
Effective: 8 September 2026
B2B only: by creating a paid subscription, you confirm that you act for purposes relating to a trade, business, craft or profession and not as a consumer.
1. Provider and scope
InvoiceFetch is provided by AA ICT-Service, a sole proprietorship based in Oosterhout, the Netherlands (KVK 86428519, VAT ID NL004246049B43). These terms apply to the extension, account website and paid functionality.
2. The service
InvoiceFetch helps scan, preview, rename, organise and download invoices from supported third-party platforms. Meta Ads is currently the released platform adapter. Roadmap items are not part of the current service until expressly marked available.
Invoice PDFs and invoice details are processed locally in Chrome. Online services are used for authentication, plan status, aggregate quota and billing as described in the privacy notice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for using an authorised Google account, protecting access to your browser profile and keeping account information accurate. You may not share access in a way that circumvents plan limits or security controls.
4. Guest, Free and Pro plans
- Guest: a one-time allowance of 3 successful invoice downloads per device.
- Free account: 10 successful invoice downloads per calendar month.
- Pro: unlimited invoice downloads and the Pro organisation features currently listed on the pricing page.
Only successfully saved invoice PDFs count toward a quota. Limits, included features and prices shown at checkout form part of the offer accepted at purchase.
5. Prices, VAT and payment
Published paid prices are regular business prices excluding VAT. Paddle acts as merchant of record, calculates and adds applicable taxes at checkout and issues the billing documents. Eligible business customers can enter a valid VAT ID during checkout. The final checkout total controls if it differs because of tax or currency treatment.
6. Subscription, renewal and cancellation
Monthly subscriptions renew monthly and yearly subscriptions renew yearly until cancelled. You can cancel through the Paddle billing portal linked from your InvoiceFetch account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; Pro remains available until the end of the already-paid billing period unless access must be suspended for misuse, fraud or a legal reason.
7. Refunds
Business payments are non-refundable once charged. Exceptions apply to duplicate or incorrect charges, demonstrated unavailability attributable to InvoiceFetch and circumstances in which mandatory law requires a remedy. The separate refund policy explains how to submit a request.
8. Acceptable use
You may use InvoiceFetch only for lawful business purposes and only for invoices and platform accounts you are authorised to access. You must not bypass security, quotas or access restrictions; reverse engineer protected service components; overload the service; or use it to infringe third-party rights.
9. Third-party platforms
Meta, Google, Supabase, Paddle, Hostinger and other third-party services operate independently under their own terms. Changes, outages or access restrictions at those services can affect InvoiceFetch. AA ICT-Service does not control those services and does not guarantee that a third-party invoice page will remain unchanged.
10. Availability and support
The service is provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Report problems to info@invoicefetchpro.com. You remain responsible for reviewing downloaded files, maintaining records and keeping suitable backups.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AA ICT-Service is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, missed tax deadlines, lost data or losses caused by third-party platforms. Aggregate direct liability is limited to the fees paid for InvoiceFetch during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from intent or deliberate recklessness.
12. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended where reasonably necessary for security, suspected fraud, material breach or legal compliance. You may stop using Free at any time and may request account deletion. Deleting an account does not by itself reverse completed payments or remove records Paddle must retain.
13. Changes
Material changes will be published with a new effective date. Changes to an active paid subscription that materially disadvantage the customer will not apply before the next renewal unless required for security, law or operation of a third-party platform.
14. Governing law
Dutch law applies. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Gebruiksvoorwaarden
Deze voorwaarden gelden voor zakelijk gebruik van de InvoiceFetch-browserextensie, accountdienst en het Pro-abonnement.

Alleen B2B: door een betaald abonnement af te sluiten bevestig je dat je handelt voor doeleinden die verband houden met een handels-, bedrijfs-, ambachts- of beroepsactiviteit en niet als consument.
1. Aanbieder en reikwijdte
InvoiceFetch wordt aangeboden door AA ICT-Service, een eenmanszaak gevestigd in Oosterhout, Nederland (KvK 86428519, btw-id NL004246049B43). Deze voorwaarden gelden voor de extensie, accountwebsite en betaalde functies.
2. De dienst
InvoiceFetch helpt facturen van ondersteunde externe platformen te scannen, bekijken, hernoemen, ordenen en downloaden. Meta Ads is momenteel de vrijgegeven platformadapter. Onderdelen op de roadmap maken pas deel uit van de huidige dienst wanneer ze uitdrukkelijk als beschikbaar zijn aangeduid.
Factuur-pdf's en factuurgegevens worden lokaal in Chrome verwerkt. Online diensten worden gebruikt voor authenticatie, abonnementsstatus, geaggregeerd quotum en facturatie zoals beschreven in de privacyverklaring.
3. Accounts
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het gebruik van een bevoegd Google-account, de beveiliging van je browserprofiel en correcte accountgegevens. Je mag toegang niet delen om abonnementslimieten of beveiligingsmaatregelen te omzeilen.
4. Gast-, Free- en Pro-abonnementen
- Gast: een eenmalige limiet van 3 succesvol gedownloade facturen per apparaat.
- Free-account: 10 succesvol gedownloade facturen per kalendermaand.
- Pro: onbeperkte factuurdownloads en de Pro-organisatiefuncties die op dat moment op de prijspagina staan.
Alleen succesvol opgeslagen factuur-pdf's tellen mee voor een quotum. De bij de checkout getoonde limieten, inbegrepen functies en prijzen maken deel uit van het bij aankoop geaccepteerde aanbod.
5. Prijzen, btw en betaling
Gepubliceerde betaalde prijzen zijn reguliere zakelijke prijzen exclusief btw. Paddle treedt op als merchant of record, berekent en voegt toepasselijke belastingen toe bij de checkout en verstrekt de facturatiedocumenten. Zakelijke klanten die daarvoor in aanmerking komen kunnen bij de checkout een geldig btw-id invullen. Het eindtotaal in de checkout is leidend wanneer dit door belasting- of valutabehandeling afwijkt.
6. Abonnement, verlenging en opzegging
Maandabonnementen worden maandelijks en jaarabonnementen jaarlijks verlengd totdat ze worden opgezegd. Opzeggen kan via het Paddle-facturatieportaal vanuit je InvoiceFetch-account. Opzegging stopt de volgende verlenging; Pro blijft beschikbaar tot het einde van de al betaalde periode, tenzij toegang vanwege misbruik, fraude of een wettelijke reden moet worden opgeschort.
7. Restitutie
Zakelijke betalingen worden na afschrijving niet gerestitueerd. Uitzonderingen gelden voor dubbele of foutieve afschrijvingen, aantoonbare onbeschikbaarheid die aan InvoiceFetch is toe te rekenen en situaties waarin dwingend recht een oplossing vereist. Het afzonderlijke restitutiebeleid beschrijft hoe je een verzoek indient.
8. Toegestaan gebruik
Je mag InvoiceFetch alleen gebruiken voor rechtmatige zakelijke doeleinden en alleen voor facturen en platformaccounts waartoe je bevoegd toegang hebt. Je mag beveiliging, quota of toegangsbeperkingen niet omzeilen, beschermde dienstonderdelen niet reverse-engineeren, de dienst niet overbelasten en geen rechten van derden schenden.
9. Externe platformen
Meta, Google, Supabase, Paddle, Hostinger en andere externe diensten werken zelfstandig onder hun eigen voorwaarden. Wijzigingen, storingen of toegangsbeperkingen bij deze diensten kunnen InvoiceFetch beïnvloeden. AA ICT-Service beheert deze diensten niet en garandeert niet dat een externe factuurpagina ongewijzigd blijft.
10. Beschikbaarheid en support
De dienst wordt met redelijke zorg geleverd, maar ononderbroken of foutloze werking kan niet worden gegarandeerd. Meld problemen via info@invoicefetchpro.com. Je blijft verantwoordelijk voor controle van gedownloade bestanden, je administratie en geschikte back-ups.
11. Aansprakelijkheid
Voor zover wettelijk toegestaan is AA ICT-Service niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte schade, winstderving, gemiste belastingtermijnen, gegevensverlies of schade veroorzaakt door externe platformen. De totale directe aansprakelijkheid is beperkt tot de voor InvoiceFetch betaalde vergoedingen in de 12 maanden vóór de gebeurtenis waarop de claim is gebaseerd. Deze voorwaarden sluiten geen aansprakelijkheid uit die wettelijk niet kan worden uitgesloten, waaronder aansprakelijkheid door opzet of bewuste roekeloosheid.
12. Opschorting en beëindiging
Toegang kan worden opgeschort wanneer dit redelijkerwijs nodig is voor beveiliging, vermoedelijke fraude, een wezenlijke tekortkoming of naleving van de wet. Je kunt Free op ieder moment niet meer gebruiken en accountverwijdering aanvragen. Accountverwijdering maakt afgeronde betalingen niet ongedaan en verwijdert geen gegevens die Paddle wettelijk moet bewaren.
13. Wijzigingen
Belangrijke wijzigingen worden gepubliceerd met een nieuwe ingangsdatum. Wijzigingen die een actieve betalende klant wezenlijk benadelen gelden niet vóór de volgende verlenging, tenzij ze nodig zijn voor beveiliging, wetgeving of de werking van een extern platform.
14. Toepasselijk recht
Nederlands recht is van toepassing. Geschillen die niet onderling worden opgelost worden voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechter in Nederland, tenzij dwingend recht anders voorschrijft.
