Privacy notice
This notice explains which data InvoiceFetch uses, why it is used and which data stays in your browser.

The central privacy boundary: invoice PDFs and their contents are processed locally in Chrome and are not uploaded to InvoiceFetch servers. Account, quota and billing services necessarily use limited online data.
1. Controller
AA ICT-Service, a sole proprietorship based in Oosterhout, the Netherlands, is responsible for the processing described in this notice. Contact: info@invoicefetchpro.com.
2. Invoice data processed locally
The extension reads supported invoice pages that you open and processes invoice PDFs, amounts, invoice numbers, account names, dates and generated file names locally in Chrome. These invoice details are used to scan, preview, rename, organise and save your selected files. They are not sent to AA ICT-Service, Supabase or Paddle.
You remain responsible for the files saved to your device, their retention and any backups.
3. Account and quota data
When you sign in, Google authenticates your identity. InvoiceFetch receives basic account information such as your Google account identifier, email address and display name. It does not request access to Gmail or Google Drive.
Supabase is used for authentication and to store your InvoiceFetch user identifier, plan, subscription status, aggregate monthly number of successful invoice downloads, quota reservations, requested feature categories, decisions and technical timestamps. These records do not include invoice numbers, amounts, file names or PDF contents.
4. Payments
Paddle acts as merchant of record and processes checkout, payment details, taxes, subscription status and billing documents. AA ICT-Service receives limited identifiers and subscription events needed to activate and manage Pro access, but does not receive your complete card details. Paddle's own privacy notice applies to its processing.
5. Browser storage
The extension stores settings, guest usage, account session information and temporary workflow state in browser storage. The account website stores the sign-in session needed to keep you signed in. Signing out removes the locally stored InvoiceFetch account credentials from that browser profile.
6. Purposes and legal bases
- Providing accounts, quotas and Pro access: performance of the business service agreement.
- Security, abuse prevention and operational diagnostics: legitimate business interests.
- Billing and legally required administration: performance of the agreement and legal obligations.
- Responding to support, privacy and deletion requests: performance of the agreement and legal obligations.
7. Retention
Account and quota data is kept while your account is active and as long as reasonably needed for service integrity, disputes and legal obligations. After a verified deletion request, account data under AA ICT-Service's control is removed without undue delay unless retention is legally required. Provider backups may expire according to the provider's controlled backup cycle. Paddle retains transaction and tax records under its own legal obligations.
8. Recipients and international processing
Limited personal data may be processed by Google for authentication, Supabase for account infrastructure, Paddle for payments and Hostinger for website delivery. These providers may process data internationally and apply their own contractual and transfer safeguards.
InvoiceFetch's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Data is not sold, used for personalised advertising or used to determine creditworthiness.
9. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. Send requests from your InvoiceFetch account email to info@invoicefetchpro.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
10. Website analytics and changes
The current website does not load Google Analytics or advertising trackers. Material changes to this notice will be published here with a new update date.

Deze verklaring legt uit welke gegevens InvoiceFetch gebruikt, waarom dit gebeurt en welke gegevens in je browser blijven.

De belangrijkste privacygrens: factuur-pdf's en de inhoud daarvan worden lokaal in Chrome verwerkt en niet naar InvoiceFetch-servers geüpload. Voor account-, quotum- en betaaldiensten zijn beperkte online gegevens nodig.
1. Verwerkingsverantwoordelijke
AA ICT-Service, een eenmanszaak gevestigd in Oosterhout, Nederland, is verantwoordelijk voor de verwerkingen in deze verklaring. Contact: info@invoicefetchpro.com.
2. Lokaal verwerkte factuurgegevens
De extensie leest ondersteunde factuurpagina's die je zelf opent en verwerkt factuur-pdf's, bedragen, factuurnummers, accountnamen, datums en gegenereerde bestandsnamen lokaal in Chrome. Deze gegevens worden gebruikt om geselecteerde facturen te scannen, bekijken, hernoemen, ordenen en opslaan. Ze worden niet naar AA ICT-Service, Supabase of Paddle verzonden.
Je blijft zelf verantwoordelijk voor de bestanden die op je apparaat zijn opgeslagen, de bewaartermijn daarvan en eventuele back-ups.
3. Account- en quotumgegevens
Wanneer je inlogt, verifieert Google je identiteit. InvoiceFetch ontvangt basisgegevens zoals je Google-account-id, e-mailadres en weergavenaam. InvoiceFetch vraagt geen toegang tot Gmail of Google Drive.
Supabase wordt gebruikt voor authenticatie en de opslag van je InvoiceFetch-gebruikers-id, abonnement, abonnementsstatus, het totale maandelijkse aantal succesvol gedownloade facturen, quotumreserveringen, aangevraagde functiecategorieën, beslissingen en technische tijdstempels. Deze gegevens bevatten geen factuurnummers, bedragen, bestandsnamen of pdf-inhoud.
4. Betalingen
Paddle treedt op als merchant of record en verwerkt de checkout, betaalgegevens, belastingen, abonnementsstatus en facturatiedocumenten. AA ICT-Service ontvangt beperkte identificatiegegevens en abonnementsgebeurtenissen die nodig zijn om Pro te activeren en beheren, maar ontvangt niet je volledige kaartgegevens. Op de verwerking door Paddle is ook de privacyverklaring van Paddle van toepassing.
5. Browseropslag
De extensie bewaart instellingen, gastgebruik, accountsessiegegevens en tijdelijke processtatus in browseropslag. De accountwebsite bewaart de sessie die nodig is om je ingelogd te houden. Uitloggen verwijdert de lokaal opgeslagen InvoiceFetch-accountgegevens uit dat browserprofiel.
6. Doelen en grondslagen
- Accounts, quota en Pro-toegang leveren: uitvoering van de zakelijke dienstverleningsovereenkomst.
- Beveiliging, misbruikpreventie en operationele diagnostiek: gerechtvaardigde bedrijfsbelangen.
- Facturatie en wettelijk verplichte administratie: uitvoering van de overeenkomst en wettelijke verplichtingen.
- Support-, privacy- en verwijderingsverzoeken behandelen: uitvoering van de overeenkomst en wettelijke verplichtingen.
7. Bewaartermijnen
Account- en quotumgegevens worden bewaard zolang het account actief is en zolang dit redelijkerwijs nodig is voor de integriteit van de dienst, geschillen en wettelijke verplichtingen. Na een geverifieerd verwijderingsverzoek worden accountgegevens onder beheer van AA ICT-Service zonder onnodige vertraging verwijderd, tenzij bewaren wettelijk verplicht is. Back-ups bij leveranciers verlopen volgens hun beheerde back-upcyclus. Paddle bewaart transactie- en belastinggegevens volgens zijn eigen wettelijke verplichtingen.
8. Ontvangers en internationale verwerking
Beperkte persoonsgegevens kunnen worden verwerkt door Google voor authenticatie, Supabase voor accountinfrastructuur, Paddle voor betalingen en Hostinger voor websitelevering. Deze leveranciers kunnen gegevens internationaal verwerken en passen daarvoor hun eigen contractuele en doorgiftewaarborgen toe.
Het gebruik en de overdracht door InvoiceFetch van informatie die via Google API's wordt ontvangen, voldoet aan het Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, inclusief de Limited Use-vereisten. Gegevens worden niet verkocht, niet gebruikt voor gepersonaliseerde advertenties en niet gebruikt om kredietwaardigheid te bepalen.
9. Je rechten
Afhankelijk van het toepasselijke recht kun je verzoeken om inzage, correctie, verwijdering, beperking, overdraagbaarheid of bezwaar. Stuur het verzoek vanaf het e-mailadres van je InvoiceFetch-account naar info@invoicefetchpro.com. Je kunt ook een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
10. Websiteanalyse en wijzigingen
De huidige website laadt geen Google Analytics of advertentietrackers. Belangrijke wijzigingen worden hier gepubliceerd met een nieuwe wijzigingsdatum.
