Open Meta billing
Sign in to Meta and open Billing & payments → Payment activity.

Click the extension icon. It recognises the supported Meta invoice page.

Select the invoices you need. Only successfully saved PDFs count toward your plan limit.

InvoiceFetch uses the Meta session already open in your browser. It does not ask for or store your Meta password.

PDF files, amounts, invoice numbers, account names and generated filenames are processed and saved locally in Chrome. They are not sent to InvoiceFetch servers.
Account and quota
If you sign in, Google authenticates you and Supabase stores your account, plan and aggregate number of successful invoice downloads. No invoice identifiers are included.
Payments
Paddle processes checkout, payment details, subscription status and billing documents. InvoiceFetch does not receive your full card details.
Website analytics
This version of the website does not load Google Analytics or advertising trackers. We will not add non-essential tracking without an appropriate consent choice.

Which invoice platforms can I use today?
Meta Ads is currently the only released and fully tested platform. TikTok Ads is planned next. Other platforms are added only after their invoice pages and download routes pass our security and reliability tests.
Can I try InvoiceFetch without creating an account?
Yes. Guest mode includes a one-time allowance of 3 successful invoice downloads on that Chrome installation. No sign-in is required.
What is included with a Free account?
A Free account includes 10 successful PDF downloads per calendar month, standard filenames and ZIP downloads. Your usage resets on the first day of each month and is visible in the extension.
When does a download count towards my limit?
Only a PDF that is successfully saved counts. A failed, cancelled or unselected invoice does not use your allowance.
What do I get with Pro?
Pro includes unlimited invoice downloads, custom filenames, folder structures, ZIP or separate PDFs, and CSV and JSON reports.
Are my invoices uploaded to InvoiceFetch?
No. Invoice PDFs, amounts and identifiers are processed and saved locally in Chrome. For signed-in users, only account, plan and aggregate usage information is stored online.
What does Google sign-in give InvoiceFetch access to?
Google is used only to verify your identity. InvoiceFetch does not receive access to Gmail or Google Drive. Your account keeps plan and quota information in sync across Chrome installations, while invoice files remain local to each browser.
How do I cancel Pro, and can I request a refund?
You can manage or cancel Pro through the secure Paddle billing portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period. B2B payments are normally non-refundable, with exceptions for duplicate or incorrect charges, demonstrated InvoiceFetch-caused unavailability, or mandatory law.
Do the displayed prices include VAT?
No. InvoiceFetch is offered only to business customers and prices exclude VAT. Paddle calculates and adds applicable tax during checkout; eligible businesses can enter a valid VAT ID.
How do I delete my account or contact support?
Email info@invoicefetchpro.com from the address connected to your account. You can use the same address for support, privacy questions and account deletion requests.
